Empowering Creativity for Positive Change

Our Philosophy

At Creative Minds, my training is built on the belief that creativity, play, and a truly authentic voice are essential for personal wellbeing and meaningful connection.

Our Approach

Using a trauma-aware and neuroaffirming method, I deliver hands-on sessions that incorporate interactive techniques—from creative writing and art to animation, Lego, and model making—that empower you to express yourself authentically, learn about calming your nervous system, and break down both internal and external barriers.

Tailored Training

We design our training to precisely meet the needs and curriculum requirements of the people we work with. With a wealth of resources and a range of activities, we pride ourselves on developing unique, creative methods to address individual challenges and learning styles. We offer learning in the how playful, creative experiences help reduce stress, manage unhelpful thought patterns, create better connections and naturally boost feel-good neurotransmitters.

Transformative Impact

This training equips you with transformative skills that you can pass on within your classroom, workplace, client interactions, and wider community. In doing so, you not only enhance your own wellbeing but also become a catalyst for positive change by helping others discover and nurture their unique voices.
