Through poetry, printing, flipbooks, and simple animation, participants engage in creative activities designed to soothe the nervous system, promote relaxation, and foster emotional well-being.

This session invites participants to explore storytelling as a tool for empowerment, helping them feel braver and more confident in their own strengths. Using beautifully coloured sand, participants will create their own hacky sacks, designed not just for play but as a soothing tool to help calm overstimulated nervous systems through rhythmic movement and sensory engagement.
