This is Me: Exploring Voice, Identity & Self-Discovery Through Creativity

This workshop invites participants to engage in poetry, time-lapse film, guided doodling, doodle stones, and badge-making—each designed to foster self-expression and individuality.

Breathe: Creativity & Rhythmic Breathing for Calm & Connection

This workshop explores the science of rhythmic, patterned breathing and its impact on calming the nervous system while creating memory anchors. Through bead work, print work, and hidden poetry, participants engage in creative practices that foster relaxation, self-expression, and emotional grounding.

Our Calm Place: Poetry, Printing & Animation for Nervous System Regulation This workshop explores the science and practice of visualization to create a sense of safety and calm. Through poetry, printing, flipbooks, and simple animation, participants engage in creative activities designed to soothe the nervous system, promote relaxation, and foster emotional well-being.

Discover the power of imagination and courage through mini Lego superheroes, comic strip poetry, and hacky sacks.

This session invites participants to explore storytelling as a tool for empowerment, helping them feel braver and more confident in their own strengths. Using beautifully coloured sand, participants will create their own hacky sacks, designed not just for play but as a soothing tool to help calm overstimulated nervous systems through rhythmic movement and sensory engagement.

 Little Stories

Step into a world of silly stories, kind words, and the mysterious monsters hiding in the nooks and crannies of our imagination. Through playful storytelling, this session highlights how creativity can help us feel better, fostering resilience and connection
